Yes, Campus Comply 360 can be used at schools with multiple campuses. This can be done either by using one school account for all campuses or by creating an account for each campus. However, it is recommended to that multiple accounts be created, as it makes it easier to audit equipment.
Yes, Campus Comply 360 is designed to allow all staff to check equipment out, no matter what their employment status within the school is. Each person using the system is required to create an account. This personal account is then automatically associated with the school account which the user signs in with. So it is possible to have a single user associated with multiple schools.

The data used in Campus Comply 360 data is stored in a Firebase database. Firebase is a service provided by google that stores data in a centralised server. The data is encrypted during transit between the app and database and also during storage within the server ensuring data is protected.
Additionally, Campus Comply 360 has been designed to ensure student records are removed once they are no longer required. As student plans expire the system administrator will receive an alert/action to remove the student records if they no longer attend the school.
However, some schools also choose to de-identify student data by using student codes rather than names. If your school choose to implement this measure it is recommended that code be kept with student medical kits as this makes it easier for causal users of Campus Comply 360 to find the correct student kit when checking items in and out.
